By accessing or using PeptideLiteracyCenter.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Center for Peptide Education and Literacy is an independent private standards, education, certification and program-accreditation organization. We are not a peptide store, medical clinic, veterinary clinic, university or government licensing agency.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You agree not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

Content describing the planned Certified Peptide Literacy Educator (CPLE) credential, program accreditation and continuing-education approval describes standards and processes that are under development. Nothing on this Site guarantees admission to candidacy, examination results, certification, accreditation or continuing-education approval.

PLC certification and accreditation do not constitute government recognition, institutional higher-education accreditation, college credit, medical licensure, veterinary licensure, prescribing authority or authorization to diagnose, treat or provide individualized medical or veterinary advice.

The text, standards drafts, graphics, logos and other materials on the Site are the property of the Center or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Center materials, including draft standards, without prior written permission.

Information submitted through the Founding Community, public-comment or contact forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create any certification, accreditation, employment or contractual relationship with the Center.

Content on the Site is educational and informational in nature. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, medical, veterinary, legal or regulatory advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding individual medical, veterinary, legal or regulatory questions.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Standards, certification and accreditation content is under active development and may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Center operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms of Use as our standards, certification and accreditation programs develop. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
